View Hours & LocationsThe upcoming Communipaw Branch Library is set to be a next-generation facility with a primary focus on Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM). Positioned as the central hub for innovation within the JCFPL system, it will pioneer STEAM programs that can be extended to other branches in the library network.
Maisy Card has worked in NJ libraries for the past twelve years, including serving as a library media specialist for the JCPS district and a Teen Services Librarian at the Newark Public Library. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and American Studies from Wesleyan University, her Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Brooklyn College, and Master of Library and Information Science from Rutgers. She is also a novelist and a part-time adjunct Professor of Writing. Maisy is excited to work with residents of Communipaw to build a new creative and supportive space in the community.
