With severe budget cuts cutting into staffing, volunteers can make the difference when staff shortages affect the running of our library system.

If you would love to volunteer for the Jersey City Free Public Library, please go to the Personnel Office on the 3rd Floor of the Main Library (472 Jersey Avenue – between Montgomery & Mercer streets) and get your very own Library Volunteer ID.
