KIDS CORNER ‘MAYOR-MAN’ & ‘LADY ONE’ – Jersey City Mayor Glenn D. Cunningham and First Lady Sandra Bolden-Cunningham read to third graders from P.S. # 3 on Tuesday, October 14th from The Adventures of Mayor-Man – the comic book that jovially teaches children aspects of, and respect for, law enforcement by describing Mayor Cunningham’s former careers as a U.S. Marine, Jersey City Police Officer and as the first African-American to serve as U.S. Marshal for New Jersey. ‘Mayor-Man’ and ‘Lady One’ led a question and answer period to warm up the class before the reading, and wound up being besieged by comments and questions, themselves, from the bright, inquisitive youngsters!
